Colleyville, TX — A new long-term lease has been executed for the prominent former restaurant space at 5204 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville, TX, marking an exciting expansion for Lucile’s Restaurant as it opens its second location in the highly sought-after Colleyville market. This strategic lease represents a collaborative partnership between Lucile’s Restaurant, the property ownership, and the City of Colleyville, reinforcing continued investment and growth within the local dining and retail corridor. The new location will bring Lucile’s established Fort Worth dining experience to Colleyville, offering residents and visitors a fresh, high-quality culinary destination. Construction timelines and grand opening details will be announced at a later date, but projected Summer of 2026.
